Crochet is a simple and versatile craft, easy to pick up and easy to adapt in order to create anything your heart could desire. Learn the basics of this craft or fine-tune what you already know in a Classie masterclass.
This course is designed for those who have had little to no experience with a crochet hook. You will learn basic stitches, such as double and treble crochets, chain stitches, slip stitches, their abbreviations, and how to crochet in the round.
By the end of the class, you will have mastered these basic stitches and get started on your very own granny square.
Class sizes are kept small so each participant will have a chance to interact with the host on a one-to-one basis. Participants will be provided with all the equipment on the day, including a hook, sample patterns, and a ball of yarn.
A free beverage is also included as part of the course price. Bookings are essential.
Please note: This class requires a minimum of five people to proceed. Bookings are essential.
Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Refund Policy: Full refunds given with 5 days notice. Dates can be changed with 3 days notice.

I thoroughly enjoyed this class run by Debbie and Yolanda.
They were both so helpful and patient and no request was too much trouble. The crocheted examples were very handy to show us how the final product should look and the take-home crocheted heart from Debbie was a lovely touch. I also enjoyed seeing samples of Debbie's completed projects. 5/5 by Julie Magnolia CASS 21-5-2017

Thoroughly enjoyed the class, Debbie who took the class, was friendly and made you feel relaxed. She showed and explained each step and took the time to go around the table until we all grasp it. Highly recommend this class. 5/5 by nafiye scacheri 25-2-2017
I thought it was most enjoyable. Debbie had gone to a lot of trouble preparing the table with all that we needed. Her instructions were clear and she was patient and helpful. This wouldn't have been an easy group for her and I guess it was my bad luck that I ended up in this class. 4/5 by Jane Adlington 25-2-2017
Thank you I think I got it! 4/5 by Jennifer Roberts 18-2-2017

The tutor was excellent. However there were a lot of different abilities in the class demanding her attention and it was sometimes hard to get help when you were stuck. 4/5 by Sarah martin 28-1-2017
