Melbourne is a picturesque city with views that breathe life into every aspiring artist. It doesn’t matter how long it has been since you last put pencil to paper, Melbourne will inspire and nurse your inner creative spark.
This class is comprised of several drawing classes at unique locations around Melbourne. Each location is specifically chosen by the host, whether it be for a great view, a particularly interesting landmark, or the opportunity for a lesson in technique. There will be a sit-down venue on the day for a chance to draw still life or portraits, and includes a complimentary beverage.
The itinerary varies from one tour to another, ensuring no two sketch crawls are the same.
Class sizes are kept small so each participant will have a chance to interact with the host on a one-to-one basis. A variety of materials will be provided on the day, including paper, drawing boards, pencils, charcoal, and pastels. A complimentary non-alcoholic beverage will be provided at the sit-down venue.
This class is open to all skill levels; no previous artistic experience is necessary. Bookings are essential.
Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note: This class requires a minimum of five people to proceed.
Come along to a Classie course and learn another lifelong skill.
Refund Policy: Full refunds given with 5 days notice. Dates can be changed with 3 days notice.
Please be advised that although we make every effort to ensure that we accurately represent Classie's service and products, venues are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to make changes to all classes.

It was a fun way to spend time drawing our city with a small group of people and incorporating exercises eg 10 second drawings, to add interest and challenge. It helps us realise that there are drawing opportunities everywhere and people enjoyed seeing us draw as a group. Our guide/teacher, Ciara, is lovely and made us all feel at ease whilst keeping the class interesting. Thank you. Theresa 5/5 by Theresa Mongan 13-3-2017
