If you’re looking for a new hobby and are in a creative mood, crochet is just the thing for you. Learn how to wield a hook and create something special in this Classie course for beginners.

This course is designed for those who have had little to no experience with a crochet hook. You will learn basic stitches, such as double and treble crochets, chain stitches, slip stitches, and their abbreviations; how to change colours; and even try your hand at a granny square towards the end of the class.

Class sizes are kept small so each participant will have a chance to interact with the host on a one-to-one basis. Participants will be provided with all the equipment on the day, including a hook, sample patterns, and a ball of yarn.

A free beverage is also included as part of the course
Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

I loved it! From the setting of the Class to the very open and friendly lady who taught the class. There was a small group which allowed some of the ladies to have one to one sessions which i thought was very good as we all picked it up at different speeds. I have recommended this to my friends and am hoping to attend the advanced class for granny squares, and hope to have the same tutor as before as I found her teaching technique amazing (such patience!) Am sure she has already been recognised as an assett to the company.

Great Cheryl was fantastic. The number of students was pretty perfect and Cheryl managed to get around to all of us. For a first time crocheter I really needed a bit one one on one. I would recommend the class to my friends.

Great class, well paced. The instructor, Cheryl, explained things well with a good mix of demonstration, follow along steps and walking around to check on people and give individual help where required. She was a great teacher with infinite patience 😀
